If there is no status light on your SMART Board (locate at bottom right of the board), confirm that your USB cord (normally a black cord with a thin, rectangular head) is connected in the port replicator or laptop. If it is, check the status light on your SMART Board. If it is flashing green, make sure SMART Notebook software is installed on the computer and running. If the light is red, unplug the USB cord from the port replicator and plug in again. Reboot the computer and log on to the computer.
